Windshield #1 down, how many more to go?

After 469mi, I've managed to get a 6" crack directly in front of the steering wheel. My 2011 CTS has 150K miles and still has the original glass smh. No one told me about this lol

You didn’t do your homework then, much has been written about it.

It’s the upright angle of attack more than any property of the glass per se.

3k miles and I am waiting for the local shop to get a shipment in. They get 6 at a time. When they are available.

Yep, flat windshield and mounted fairly vertical = normal..
