Hey Gang! I'll be heading up to Ironwood from Detroit in a few weeks, and in the past.. when I was much younger, I would make the trip all in one day. I'm now a bit older and it's very uncomfortable to make the trip in just one day, so I'd like to break it up with a night of tent camping. I'm seeing quite a few spots to camp along M28 and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with any of the campsites along there? I'd even be willing to pop up further north.. looking at the Lake Superior State Forest Campground.. that would be about a 6.5 hour drive depending on how often I have to stop along the way. Probably don't want to drive much farther than that..
