The windshield is the only glass that is laminated. Door glass is tempered safety glass that shatters into a million pieces. That must be a film for tinting the door glass. I’d let the dealer fix it.

I've seen laminated side windows on a few cars. I say get to the dealership, and set up an appointment to have it replaced. It shouldn't take them long, once the glass come in.
