Sway as in the car crowns really bad, like even small angle shifts on the road will pull by Wrangler off and correcting makes it worse sometimes.
Yeah then in all likelihood a SS is not going to fix that. In my opinion that’s a function of jeeps being top heavy and glorified shoebox’s ok wheels that move with the road. Longer front control arms to improve the caster should help that. Possible adjusting the toe angle may also help with tracking.

Hello everyone, I have a JLU Sahara on 35s and a 3” lift. I drive a lot for work (high ways) and wondering if my Wrangler might benefit from a steering stabilizer? I haven’t experienced the death wobble yet, but I’m wondering if the stabilizer might help with the play in the steering and possibly make the car sway a little less on bumps? I’m currently running 35~psi on warm days, so it’s improved the right little bit, but I wanted to see if a steering stabilizer might help? The one in question was the Fox performance series 2.0 IFP vs Bilstein B8 5100 steering damper. I’m not looking for something too crazy, but something just to improve the steering until winter comes and I change into my all seasons. Thanks!
I bought the Fox twice, both Jeeps were better for it. That said, also get the longer Mopar lift control arms or some form of adjustable. The extra camber makes an even bigger difference than the stabilizer.

this is not something any Steering Stabilizer will fix.

quickest/cheapest/easiest is going to be making sure everything under the front end is tight. that probably won't fix it either, at least not for long.

to address the likely issues, start with making sure you have updated steel Steering Box instead of the cheesier Aluminum one that was common when yours was built, and that it is adjusted properly.
then make sure the cheesy stock plastic Ball Joints were updated; they're typically trash after far less than 5 years of use,.

after everything is straight, get a set of adjustable front Control Arms to get your Caster out to around 6º.

once all of that is set, you shouldn't need a Steering Stabilizer at all. unless you like the feel of it.

I'm still using the stock one on my JL with 38" tires and beadlocks. I ride down the road easily with only one finger to guide it. No DW, no vibration. Set up the suspension with proper caster, and ensure that all of your joints are in good shape. Ball joints, steering ends, track bar ends and even control links.
