I chose white because I plan on doing a wrap at some point. The white is a blank slate and I can change the wrap up as much as I want. I think having white gives me the most flexibility in designs and colors. IMO. Like a blank piece of paper each time I decide to change it up.

I was trying to make this same color decision back in October. There are so many sting gray jeeps around here, I happily went with white.
If they had Gobi or that blue stone color available, my decision would have been more difficult.

my last one was sting grey, the one on order is white. can't really go wrong with either. I only went white bc it "easier" to keep clean and it seems like there are alot more sting greys than white in my area.

The new yellow/green is the high tide color

If that ends up looking close to the old Renegade green, I might just be green with envy that I got Sting Gray.

Now that I see the 2 pics together, I think I'm safe.
Can't wait to see it in person though.

I have had both. My JL Sport was sting gray and my JLUR is white.
I love the Rubicon with the red and black contrast. But for the Sport, the sting gray was perfect.

Agree that white barely sees scratches. showed up a bit more with sting gray.

Big fan of silver. Other two vehicles are silver too.
The Rubicon in silver with red black interior would look nice. Silver with red interior looks slick too.

Sting Gray is more like 20 shades of gray.. it looks different based on the available light, time of the day and sky gloominess/brightness. If you are getting a JLU and intend to get body-colored fenders and hard top - sting ray is the way to go. White looks great too - but looks better with unpainted black hard top and fenders.

It's a color that has a lot of character and as long as you stick to the matte black, and gunmetal gray / mojave orange accents overall (i find the rubi red contrasts odd on sting gray), it looks fantastic in any setting. It shows pinstripes on the day you get em.. wash it up just drive, you won't see them prominently again... if you look close there will be a million scratches - its a jeep thing, can't fault that.

I hate making these threads since it’s a subjective topic but I’m torn 50/50. I’d say I’m leaning more towards the grey since every vehicle I’ve ever owned is white lol. Thought I’d use the forum as a tiebreaker! Will be using it as a daily driver/weekend off-road. (4 Door JLUR)

I think the biggest advantage of white is you can’t see pinstripes very much, while the grey is a little more unique than white.
Always had white as well and actually still do on my Ram- really break it up- Partial to Firecracker Red. Yet not sure how the weather is there-but if it's white and for us here in Arizona it get's a little warm and the white refracts the heat. But if it has to be one of these two colors the quarter rule will come in to play- grab a quarter and flip it. lol Good Luck decisions-decisions.

Both are nice colors. I'm more partial to Sting Grey personally. What I don't like about Sting Grey though is this shade of grey is everywhere nowadays. It's not uncommon like it was when I bought Anvil 8 years ago. In my local area, I'd honestly say I see Sting Grey Jeeps more than White Jeeps in fact.
