Which trails app?

JeepCares has messaged me a few times...I've done multiple factory resets and still not Adventure Guides and Trail Recording app on the screen. Jeep Cares says my case has been escalated. Hopefully soon...in days...weeks??? Someone from Jeep will fix this issue.

I want to purchase the app on my iPhone and use the full Adventure Trails on my Jeep UConnect but I am not buying the iPhone app yet until this gets sorted out.

This happened to me. I purchased the full adventure trails upgrade on my mopar/jeep account, but then being impatient not seeing it activated after a couple of days decided to purchase the premium version of the trails app directly on my phone app. My thinking was one would cancel out the other but instead I essentially paid twice. Lessons learned, if you do the mopar upgrade on your account, it will take a few days to activate in your Jeep so just be patient. I found this out after opening a case with Jeep and asking about the double charges. They credited me the cost of the app so it all worked out in the end. I thought I'd share this to save someone else from paying twice.
