They have an app and it works great. You can download all sorts of layers and have the map downloaded when you don't have a cell phone signal.

Your GPS on your phone will show you exactly where you're at on the trail. It's really handy.

I started using the Gaia app and like all trails it has different layers you can use. I used the Magellan TRX7 for a while, but was not happy with it and when it broke, I was not that sad about it.
