Which speaker setup do I have?

I ordered the Select Increments JLJT pods from Quadratec to replace the stock speakers but I’m not sure if I have the Alpine speakers or not. Jeep’s an ‘18 JLU (S I think) and I find the speakers sound pretty good, all things considered. They’re not great on low-end, and they don’t get too loud before distorting, but they’re definitely not as bad (to me) as what everyone keeps saying. I’m coming from a Tacoma which wasn’t fantastic, but these sound just as good. Is the Alpine logo supposed to be anywhere or can I tell by the VIN? I don’t have the sub and the head unit is the smaller screen without the dials. Thanks.

Fantastic. That’s all I needed to know. ? Previous owner said she didn’t upgrade, so it’s gotta be stock still. Guess I’m just not hearing what everyone else is complaining about.

I installed the Select Increment JLJT pods earlier this year. Remember to use the new screws that come with the pod package. I tried to reuse the original ones and they were too short. I wasted at least an hour until I found the new screws that were included.

I didn't have premium audio in my previous JL. I just switched out the dash speakers and it was much better. But just having the sub in my current JL with premium audio is a huge difference. I did move the dash speakers over to the new one as well.
