I've been looking at the same 2 companies. I will drive mine for a few months stock before I do anything but I've had 2 lifts from rock krawler in the past with no complaints. Last kit was a 2.5 xfactor with their rrd shocks and it was great on my jkr. I've had a basic rk lift and the xfactor and hands down the xfactor with all the arms was the smoothest lifted jeep I've owned (4 total now). Being able to set everything right where you want it was great. I'll definitely be getting all adjustable arms again. Buy once cry once.
I've been interested in metalcloak due to the joints they use but I've never had the chance to ride in one but I like that they're a lot less maintenance. It's just a lot of money to spend without ever getting to experience their stuff. Ride quality is subjective so its hard to make choices on internet talk.
