Thanks -- I checked and there are balancing weights on the spare. I do not see any evidence of adhesive or missing weights on the spare. What I found have not been used because the adhesive backing is still intact. It does appear that the weights on the spare and the missing weights from what I found are the same. I guess whoever was balancing the spare just left them behind.They look like wheel weights. Check the inside of your spare tire to see if there is residue from the adhesive. If you don't see any wheel weights then you need to take it and get it balanced again or you're going to have a bad time when you need or use your spare.

Maybe the installer got tired of the "weight" and left!
That's pretty impressive to stay on there for a month.A month ago so it could have been someone from the tire shop that left them behind. I intend on returning them when I'm in the neighborhood
