C6 Rev Tent mounted to an Antidote short rack. Been running this setup for two years and love it. I also have a homemade roof top shower that is pressurized with a bike pump, and an interior platform I built to help organize camping gear and my dog's bed. Heading out in July for a 3 week trip across California, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, and Oregon.

It’s as generic as they come brother, but would you believe I got it off of “Temu?” The exact same tent was on Amazon for $149 & some change. I got it off of Temu for $85. Of course my buddies clowned me because rain was in the forecast that night. I was one of the only, that was in a tent, that stayed dry. I couldn’t find the exact one I purchased but this is one on Amazon that looks just like it.

Absolutely.
On a lark, I ordered these LED fog lights, and the mounting bracket, from China Inc. and at pennies on the dollar when compared to their name-brand brethren. The build quality and performance are both quite respectable.

For my last trip, we used my friend's motorhome and trailered the Wrangler.

For my next trip, my daughter and I will be tent-camping.

If you're referring to post #93 and the C6 Rev Tent, that is also what I own.

It can be used in multiple ways, such as a rack mounted RRT as the poster is showing, or use it in the back of a pickup, on a flatbed trailer, or just toss it on the ground!

You can buy the tent alone, or add the assemble-it-yourself rack, but note that the rack has to be mounted to your Wrangler's hardtop via another rack, as the poster is using, or the C6 rack can be mounted to rain gutter rail mounted cross bars, as I intend to do.

Or there is a third option for hardtop roof mounting. Just toss it up on the bare roof with no rack and use their strap mounting kit sold to hold it in place! I don't think I'd trust the straps to secure it for highway driving!

Just google C6 Rev Tent or C6 Outdoor, which is a Utah based company. Note that last year during their Black Friday sale they discounted everything by 40%, but no guarantee they will repeat that!

Pretty simple here when the wife doesn't go. Blow up mattress, sleeping bag, cooler full of cold beer and fried chicken, and a tired German Shephard for a litle extra warmth. Oh and lots of fishing gear.

But you couldn't stop watching it either. I personally draw the line with plastic flowers on an end table and throw pillows on the inflatable sofa to dress up my tent.

Here's my overlanding setup. A double sized tent cot mounted in top of a HF based overlanding trailer.

My ideal is a ground tent with a cot. I can stand in it, and if I need to take a midnight pee there's no climbing involved getting out.

I've also slept in the Jeep with a Deep Sleep mattress.

However, I've got a teardrop trailer being built that hopefully will be done very early August (a Pika model by Timberleaf). I think that will be my dream ticket.
