What are your camping setups?

Here's my overlanding setup. A double sized tent cot mounted in top of a HF based overlanding trailer.

My ideal is a ground tent with a cot. I can stand in it, and if I need to take a midnight pee there's no climbing involved getting out.

I've also slept in the Jeep with a Deep Sleep mattress.

However, I've got a teardrop trailer being built that hopefully will be done very early August (a Pika model by Timberleaf). I think that will be my dream ticket.

My best mod was the rear shelf which opens a lot of possibilities for interior storage. I have the Ikamper 2.0 mouted to the Rhino Rack HD bars.

When I take off the tent I remove it with the bars and legs still attached to it, and replace it with the Rhino Rack roof rack.

Mine used to be a tent and a Jeep, now that I'm married and have kids, its a little different. Just hit 50k miles of towing my camper this weekend.

This is my wife's setup for camping clamping with our Jeep.

Our wives must be related.

I overland in my 2 door and usually don’t venture too far from the back hatch with regards to setup unless I’m going to be there for a few nights. Most of the time, I’m just staying overnight and cooking a quick meal. More “explore” and less “settle down”.
