What are these called?

I know i've seen these plates/pieces/bezels or whatever they are called online in a red aluminum color, I just cant find them now.

Anyone know what they are called and where I may find them? I think they are subtle enough to make the red dash flow smoother if I can find the red aluminum ones.

I have seen some kits on ebay in red and carbon fiber. Probably some other colors too.
