It basically just has generic rules... nothing too vulgar, racist, etc.

There are also special marketplace rules for buyers and sellers, posted at the top of the page in the marketplace forum.

I'd just try uploading/posting the pics. If the size is too big, the system will probably automatically resize or reject. I don't think you'll "get in trouble" for appropriate content with a large file size.
