Lets face it. We cant always work on our JL's so if you have a cool project going on why not share it. It can be home DIY or fun stuff from your other rides.
For me today was a busy day. I worked on all three Jeeps and washed the motor home. The JK got a new J8 brake booster and master cylinder. The JL got some new speakers nothing super exciting.
Had to make some Quick release mudflaps for the YJ. Its just a fix it ticket but if you can put them on right away they generally let you off. Of course they will stay behind the seat at all times until needed.
Used some 1 inch square tubing to make the mount.
Coated them with Raptor liner and mounted the Flap and called it beer time!
The driver seat was a bit high in the YJ so i cut and sectioned the seat mounts to drop it 2 inches. The right side is the stock ones.
Kind of hard to see in the pictures but you can tell the seat height vs the pass seat. Ill get to that mount another day.
