What am I missing?

Saw this on ebay, confirmed with seller it is the entire snorkel and not just the high mount. What am I missing? There has to be something wrong here but I can't figure out what.

They have a very seller rating but that's a crazy cheap price. Even Ali Express has the knock off ones for more than that. (Canadian prices below)

As a matter of fact, with inflation and all, people aren’t buying accessories like they used to.

Well, the description says it is a Rugged Ridge AmFib but as you read down in the Item Specifics, it says "Unbranded" and "China" origin.

I personally will not put an unbranded China product on my Jeeps. I would be cautious in regards to quality and fitment.

@Rustynail11 looks like the High Mount requires the Low Mount first to work, see here:

It does but this included the low mount and all the other parts. As another person mentioned above it isn't Rugged Ridge, it is cheap unbranded so I am gonna pass
