I installed Maxiums winch plate last week. What a adventure! The holes all worked perfectly but my Zeon 10S Platinum - that's a different story. To say it was a tight fit would be a huge understatement. Ended up not screwing the inner bottom nuts in. Having said that, kudos to Maximus for attaching a thorough installation manual.

Hi @danwil

There is just enough room to fit a Zeon, thanks FCA.
For safety reasons, it is necessary to use all the nuts and bolts. Give us a call if you'd like us to talk you through it.
Glad you were able to make it work. Our install guide is very detailed, we have a youtube video , and we are available via phone call 248-821-6654.

Thanks for choosing Maximus-3

Maximus-3 does not rush products to market. First we engineer, test, engineer more, test more, improve (and so on).
All for good reason, especially for a product with a very important responsibility/function.
Between internal and external testing we have logged tens of thousands of miles with the JL Tire Carrier. We have made numerous improvements to the functionality and capability of our tire carrier.

GOOD NEWS, the design is finally perfected and I can confidently say that the JL Tire Carrier will debut very soon.

MARK MY WORDS
* the Maximus-3 JL Tire carrier is most superior option way to carry tires and accessories. Nothing on the market even comes close to our strength, reliability, and smooth operation cycle.

* There are a ton of inferior tire carrier options in the market. Give it a few years for fatigue to set-in and I guarantee you will be hearing about a lot of serious damage caused by these poorly designed TC options currently on the market.

* We have done an incredible job with the Maximus-3 JL Tire Carrier - soon it will be the gold standard.

In conclusion, sorry for the wait - but you will thank us later.

Purposely not running my spare (currently won’t fit) because I’m waiting for the release of your carrier! Can’t wait

I can't wait either. We have spent a ridiculous amount of time perfecting this tire carrier.

I’ve put some Maximus-3 mods on m JL. They are great to deal with. Supportive on the phone. Ship timely.
I’ve got their
Roof rack
Stinger
And their flashlight brackets. But I use these to hold the Element 100 fire extinguisher instead. I’ve got the brackets over driver and passenger and their rear on over the cargo area. Perfect fit.

Nice idea! Where did you get the E100? I only ever see the E50 for sale.
