Waze via carplay

Hi all,

I did some searches but didn't see any real info so I thought i'd ask. I will be getting delivery of my new 23 JL and was wondering if Waze works via Carplay on the UConnect, anyone know?

The carplay in these is no different than any other car's. (Besides being wired-only, some cars are wireless now). Waze and most any other nav app work just fine.

Yes, I use Waze every day just have to plug the phone in and you're good to go. Congrats on the new incoming ride!

Thank you! I use it everyday also so it's a game changer not having to mount my cell phone somewhere to use waze. Excited

I bought a wireless dongle that worked for awhile plugged into the USB2 port hidden in the center console. Lately it doesn't want to connect so I'm back to a dangling wire plugged into the dash USB. ?

I still use a bullet point mount to mount my phone but it is nice to have the ways on the Jeep screen. Took me some getting used to to search for things on the screen because I instinctively went for my phone
