With 35’s some do some don’t ??My apologies. A spare tire relocation kit. Did you have to change your spare tire carrier to keep the new tire off of your bumper?
BTW— I didn’t even unplug the wires from the carrier as per directions, just set it on a trash can, or raise with the 3’rd brake light. Took it off and used a QT PNP light ring.Yes. I got the the teraflex adjustable spare tire kit, along with their tailgateMy apologies. A spare tire relocation kit. I just acquired a new '23 Willys Gladiator that came stock with 255/75 R17 BFG KM2 MTs, the worst wet weather tires I've ever had the misfortune to experience. Not only were they potentially deadly in snow & ice, they weren't all that good on the trails, either. I couldn't get them off of the new Jeep fast enough. Swapped them out for BFG KO2s in LT285/70 R17 size (essentially 33" x 11" 17"). The KO2 is about as good as you can get for a primarily street driven rig, excellent snow & ice manners and good on the trail. I've used them for years on trucks and mostly street Jeeps with great manners and good lifespan. There's plenty of clearance under a stock JL/JT to handle the slightly larger size.Needing new tires for Jeep Wrangler Willys 2020. Would like to keep same stock wheels. Looking to upgrade from stock Firestones to a 33" or 35" tire. Jeep is a daily driver and will not be used for rock climbing just dirt trails but looking an all season or mud terrain tire. Recommendations? Pictures are a bonus.
