Upgrading Tires Require Spare Adjustments

Upgrading tires from original Firestone Destinations to BF Goodrich KM3s on 2020 Willys. Going up to 285/70/17 on stock wheels. Keeping the stock rear bumper, would any upgrade/adjustments need to be made in order for the spare to not rub or cause issues with the back up camera? Recommendations are welcome if anyone has had to make any type of adjustment/upgrades with the stock spare carrier.

I went up 1 tire size and added 1/4" thick nylon washers between the wheel and spare tire carrier just to clear the hi-mount brake light.
