Update on the steering issue
I hate to start a new thread on the steering problem but I didn't want this to get buried in an old thread. I spoke with my Jeep Cares contact today about the steering issue, was told Jeep is aware and working with a "trusted vendor" on the problem. Could be smoke up my azz or could be legit, I hope it's a start of a resolution.

1. Did you also post this info about what Jeep Scares, I mean Jeep Cares said at https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/fo...ering-feels-like-it-has-play-and-drifts.3691? If not, can you?

2. Can you share your Jeep Cares contact with me via private message? When I called up, they said they never heard of JL steering issues. I have a case manager, case # and my case manager says she never heard of the steering problem on JLs. I randomly called 12 Jeep dealers, talked with Service Advisors and all 12 said there are no JL steering issues.

JeepCares has been known to be full of sh@t. Just keep that in mind.
