I have a 2020 JLUR 4-door v.3.6 AUTO with MOPAR lift at dealer. The steering was a bit "JEEPY" from the beginning to about 1300 miles. While I was at the dealer, a really knowledgeable parts department guy and I struck up a conversation about my steering. He told me 99.9% of the steering issues on my specific model are fixed with a computer software upgrade. HE ran back to the service department and told them to (it was free) to do the software upgrade. I drove the JEEP and { BIG SMILE } I couldn't believe the difference. Drives really sweet now! Now, that was service.

Any details on what the specific software up date was, and or is called? If you don't know it, maybe you could hit him up and ask about the specifics for the rest of us.

Keeping in mind that my jeep is completely stock- what fixed it for me is the Mopar LCA’s.

As far as a software update, this kind of thing is always hard to confirm. I’m never confident that I have the latest and greatest.
