I owned 4 jkr/jkur wranglers and everyone of them had the jk lean ie 1/2” or more to the passenger side. My 2024 jlur leaned….yup to the passenger side aev inludes a 1/4” spacer for the passenger side coils. Almost every wrangler will have some lean if you put a tape measure to it.

Maybe the frame got tweaked in assembly. Or dropped. That being the case, part swapping won't change anything. Some measurements (maybe laser) between "key" hard points of the suspension, frame, and ground might show this. Tires would play as well. Spring length. Maybe that part # has issues or inconsistencies.
My service advisor thought the same thing about the frame and had it laser measured with no apparent anomalies. We considered tires, springs, and even replaced the latter with new ones, but the issue still persists.

We explored this theory too, and I looked at every new and used JL at two dealerships, not to mention my observations of others on the road during a period of two years. None had the same problem, and Stellantis even agreed that a new factory suspension should not be exhibiting this sort of issue. Even if it is a "Jeep thing," no modern vehicle is designed to sit out of level. That just doesn't make sense.

Clearly, this isn't a major problem and my JL isn't going to fall apart and explode on the freeway because of a 1/2-inch suspension discrepancy. However, it is covered by warranty and just want Stellantis to take responsibility. My service advisor and dealership agree, and in fact recommended that I initiate a star case in the first place. That was their idea, not mine.

Ever trying swapping shocks? Gas pressure in shocks (which is always trying to extend the shock) creates a small amount of lift -- my Jeep lifted 1/4” when I added high pressure shocks, for example.

Jeep is still at the dealership, so I can't measure at the moment. That said, shocks were one of the first things the dealership examined and ruled out.

Id spacer it and be done. If it doesn't cause negative issues with driving, tires etc.... spacer it and let it be.

In short, a modern vehicle should not leave the factory with such a lean.
I apologize if I'm missing some previously provided details, but you're saying you took delivery of the new Jeep with this lean as it came straight from the factory, and this is a stock suspension? So it's always leaned? or did the lean start sometime after delivery or modification?

Fun ones!
A picture is worth a 1,000 words. Maybe 2k once adjusted for inflation. OP - what are you expecting from the forum? Why are you not able to post a picture and instead chose to effectively insult others? Am I missing something?

Good points here so exactly where are you measuring? Is the surface you are on dead level? If you are measuring bumper or fenders, those can easily be shifted that much.

try measuring with you or someone in drivers seat. Alignment specialists will sometime align a vehicle to account for the crown in the road. I hate that, but they do it so the little old lady won’t complain that the car drifts off the road as they drive down the severely crowned road.

I’m wondering if the factory build is lowe right, so when you sit in it, it’s level.

We can speculate all day but until the OP tells us what’s leaning, it’s all worthless. Does the lean show measured from the body or frame? The lean if on the body could be a twisted body or bad mount, if on the frame it could even be caused by the opposite side, too many ifs to even try to speculate.

I don't know what your career is, but that's your opinion and you are welcome to pursue service issues with your Jeep in the manner that you wish.

As stated previously...after decades of driving all manner of Jeeps, I've never experienced an issue like this, and my service advisor even agreed that Stellantis should take some responsibility, since it's an obvious manufacturing defect and is still under warranty.

Thanks for the constructive feedback.
Sorry if it came off as confrontational. I just mean that I've never seen anything like it and need to see pictures
