I just picked up a used 392 over the weekend. 2022 year model.

I was organizing my stuff in the new to me Jeep and I noticed a small led light with a push button. It is located on the panel by the headlight switch.

I am assuming its a type of alarm system. But with a push button?

Any help would be appreciated before I try and contort my fat butt under the dash.

According to a quick reverse image search

It’s Mopar’s EVTS system. You can use it to track your vehicle. If you have an emergency you can hold down the button to signal for help. This is a subscription based service contact your local Chrysler jeep Dodge Ram jeep dealer for more help.

Thanks... I guess my image search skills are sub par.
No problem it ended up being a reply to a 3 year old reddit thread that I found it in.

Of course I did. It was not an ejection seat or boost button.... I was disappointed...

This looks like the button for the MOPAR EVTS. Its a vehicle tracking system. Most likely left from first owner.

Here's a pic from ebay

It is a passenger eject button. When you get that whiney passenger that has a death grip on your OMG handles and keeps saying"your not going up there are you". Simply press the button and "Viola". 90mph ejection with an apex of about 100feet. Drive on!!
