Uconnect calls and text no audio

All of the sudden my calls and texts will not come out of the jeep speakers. When having a text read it seems to be reading..the little rainbow lines are moving but nothing. Phone calls come up on screen but I can only hear if I switch to phone speaker. Does this with blu tooth or USB plugged in. Just started, was working 3 days ago. Tried deleting phone, start over with Bluetooth connection...nothing different.
Uconnect 4, 7 inch screen.

Any help would be really really appreciated.

Same thing happened to me. I realized the call volume on my phone was turned way down (which is how I like it at work) and it is independent of car speaker volume control . Wish I could set call volume to be different whether or not it was plugged into car but so far not been able to do it.

Turn the volume up on the radio while the text is being spoken or phone conversation is going on. The UConnect radios have different volumes for different things. It can be confusing.

Thanks...I'll try both solutions and get back to you. If it's as simple as the volume on my phone im going to be ashamed--but i hope it is

So the volume on the phone was already up..tried lowering, reraising no change. I did notice something I forgot to say
When I get a text and try to listen to it I do get the beep to start and when I'm done. Also I can play Spotify no problem. It seems to only be calls and texts

Hopefully someone has an idea? Thanks for any suggestions
