Uconnect not playing audio on calls

Hi all,

There might be a post already about this, but I can't find it and I'm pulling my hair out here...

My phone connects via Bluetooth to Uconnect no problem. And the phone comes up on the screen with contacts. However, when I get a call, I can answer it on uconnect, but the audio still comes from the phone.

I've tried to sort this on my phone (android) , but it won't let me select uconnect for phone calls.
Has anyone experienced this and if so, is there a fix or an update I need?

I've connected my phone via a cable and used android auto and the same thing happens, no audio from the car
