23 days ago my app gave me an immediate and suggested action warning message. One for the airbag and one for low tire pressure. The temperature that week was -45c, so I didn't worry about either message.

Forward to yesterday I had the oil changed. Today the app is still showing both action messages, and the oil life did not reset.

Is there something I need to do to clear the messages and reset my oil life?

Also worth noting, I find that sometimes the app will show my Jeep at home when it's not. Pulling down to update doesn't help to relocate it, regardless if it says "updated one minute ago".

Fuel on the other hand DOES reset with each fill.

Thoughts?

(Sorry, one more thing. On Monday I got the "service 4WD" alert on the dash but not on the app. It only happened a few times in the AM and I haven't it seen it since. But the app didn't pick that up either. I find that a bit concerning.)

Hi,
I'm sorry to hear about your concerns with the Uconnect app.
Please DM us with more details so I can look into this further.

I have the same problem.

my vehicle health report on the iPhone Uconnect app hasn’t updated in 20 days. Fuel reading does. But health doesn’t.

@TrailJoy, did you find a fix here?

Actually, yes. I called in and they said it would reset monthly, and this morning (I bought it on Dec 13) it did reset. My warnings (airbag and tires) were both a result of -45 degree weather (which I suspected) but today they reset to "no warnings".

The oil on the other hand still says 71% remaining, even though we changed it last week. I think there must be a setting somewhere in uConnect in the Jeep...? Maybe? (I'll let you know once I figure it out.)

Thank you, very much.

So the “health” stuff only updates once a month? What a stupid app! Rather that tell me that it was “last updated 20 days ago”, why wouldn’t it say “next update in XX days”?

so, I guess unless there is a problem, there will be no updates between monthly updates? Or does it wait a month to tell you there is a problem?

Mine notified me of a problem right away, so I assume if there is one you will know. But once the problem goes away (like correcting the tire pressure) the app won't recognize that it's fixed until it resets on whatever date of the month it activated on (I think). Wait ten or 11 more days and see what happens.
