If Ocean Blue were to come back, I think that would cause my wife to trade in her Hydro Blue Wrangler. She loves the Ocean Blue.

The limitation FCA has for Jeep colors at the plant in Toledo is 10 different colors on the line simultaneously. So... What are the current colors and do they have room for more? Note that at times black, red and white have been popular enough that they used two sprayers for those colors, thus limiting the fun colors.
