Turn signal issue

Having issue with passenger side front turn signal. Works fine with lights off but doesn't work with lights on. Replaced bulb and socket. Any ideas?

2016 Wrangler Sport. Brought old orange bulb to auto parts store and they gave me new orange one to replace. Don't have part number. Should i try ordering bulb directly from jeep?

No, a bulb is a bulb, as long as it’s a halogen bulb and not an LED.

But, a 2016 is a JK, not a JL. You could have a bad tipm or a bad control switch. I think on that year model it’s a complete steering column control module.

do you own a voltmeter?

They gave you the wrong # blub, guaranteed…

That was a frequently posted about always incorrect replaced bulb.
