Canvas back unboxing and install. Pretty happy with how it turned out.

Chester the Canvasback dog even threw in a treat for my two pups lol.

What color did you get? Doesn't match any of their swatches on their website.

I think you'd just have to order the gap cover. The instructions tell you to install the bracket if it wasn't there. You could install the mats that go on the back of the seat just fine, but you keep the gap cover to install the actual trunk cover. Here's video I made to show it in more detail, it's only my third video so bare with my bad video skills

Thanks so much for the video Magnetron, super helpful! Very appreciative of how you are new to pasting videos, so please don't see this as a dig. I couldn't tell by your camera angle how you were able to find the places to make a hole in the carpet behind the rear seats. Seems like you didn't have much of an issue.

Does anyone have any tips, photos or video to help with finding the places to mark the holes in the carpet behind the rear seats. As user "Qwknbad"has done, I have already installed the rear cargo liner and was able to easily install the 5 clips into the gap hider. Nervous about not finding the right hole for the seat back clips.

When you ordered this, did you order the option "Access to D Rings" or "Access to Rails"? Looks like you have both, but that's not the choices they have on their website. From what I see it's one or the other.

Canvasback here also, it fits really nice and seems to be durable
Do you have leather seats of cloth? I’m wondering how the Canvasback will work in a cloth Rubi since it has no gap hider. Any insights?

I ordered “access to D rings” the black slits you see next to the D-rings are for opening the rear tray.

I have leather, the canvasback liner stretches pretty tight so I don’t think the gap would be an issue. You could always purchase the gap hider separate if you wanted to, it shouldn’t be to expensive.

Husky might be the first to market for a non OEM cargo liner and right now I just want something. I was told they are running the w/Sub noncloth seats batch this weekend and shipping Monday. So I ordered by phone. Not on site yet.

Zoomed in on that picture; looks like it should provide great coverage. What difference does noncloth vs cloth seats make? Accommodation for the trench cover?

Rails are default with no d rings. D rings will have both.

I have cloth. It’s taut. No issues with cargo or dogs. I wouldn’t waste your money with the gap divider.

I have the rear cargo mat now for the JK and i will keep it and see how close it is to fitting back there. if i have to trim it some i will. its looks the rear cargo area isn't that much different in size is it ? I dont care if it covers the slide rack rings where you can use that feature if you buy it. I dont know what that feature is called but shouldn't the mat still fit pretty close in the back cargo area ?

Where did you get this at and how much ? I really like this for a dog or cant you use it to sleep on ? I have seen something like this for people to sleep in the jeep and it was very nice and thick padded
