Transit Mods

For people who bought a new Jeep but can’t wait until they get home to install some modifications. The stock antenna drove me nuts after a few miles, so I swapped it out with a stubby one.

I removed the stock JLURD muffler while parked in in the hotel parking lot, and I installed a muffler delete pipe. Only benefit is a bit of weight loss. I’ll hold onto the stock muffler for now

I get the enthusiasm, but the only "mod" I plan to do before I get it home is to air down the tires to around 35psi or so if the dealership doesn't do it. Otherwise, I have a little pile of mostly cosmetic mods waiting in my garage (including a shorter antenna) but they've been sitting there this long... they can wait until I get home.

I put on front mud flaps in the hotel parking lot in hopes of keeping rocks off the rear fender. That’s it though lol
