Wish they would drop 2x from Redbird. It’s Inpassible even aftera long dry spell. There are parts that are not even possible with a sxs

I don't even know how Redbird got added in the first place...It's not really that great. I have the badges (acquired over a few weekends and it is local to me, situated between where I live and work) but ehhhhh...it's not "badge worthy" in my opinion. But then you have entire OHV parks that can earn a badge which is even worse I think. Considering that Badlands even used to host Jeep Jamborees it would make more sense but what do I know I guess.Wish they would drop 2x from Redbird. It’s Inpassible even aftera long dry spell. I like Badlands way better that Redbird.I don't even know how Redbird got added in the first place...It's not really that great. I would like to follow up with where they are citing down the forest only averages 167 days of sun a year. Then when you consider that in Michigan, with full sun you will only get 4 to 6 hours a day of quality solar generating sun per day.Well at least the Michigan Department of Natural Destruction is on a roll. They gave the okay to cut down 450 acres of forest so they could install Solor panels in an area that has already gotten over 100 inches of snow. I wonder haw much the kick back to the people that okay to do this. Heck Michigan is overcast from October to April. I can't even remember the last time I saw the sun. SO I am sure the return on investment will be huge. LOL.
Mind you I love solar, but come on. This is ridiculous.
I'm pretty sure the Rubicon trail will be available for generations to come (fingers crossed)The one badge I want the most and the one I care about the most is the Rubicon trail. I have a sneaking suspicion that the Rubicon trail has a permanent place on the BoH list and would only be removed if the trail is closed permanently. I'm going July 25th-27th so hopefully the world doesn't end until after that.
Oh yes I'm familiar with all that. But never underestimate the state to screw things up especially the state that the Rubicon trail is located in.I'm pretty sure the Rubicon trail will be available for generations to come (fingers crossed)

I completely understand your concern...Oh yes I'm familiar with all that. But never underestimate the state to screw things up especially the state that the Rubicon trail is located in.
Can you share a link or cross post it here for reference?Brandon posted in the SMORR group that they are losing a badge as well. The post has a lot of details but only two per park. Looks like the program is changing and they are not done yet
