Hey Jeepers!

New to forum, but I purchased a Jeep wrangler 4xe Unlimited Sahara on Nov16/2021 and have a VON. I'm in Eastern/Central Ontario (Toronto). I'm hearing all sorts of news, like chip delays, staff shortages, parts back order, etc. My order consists of Snazzberry Pearl color, 3 PC body color hardtop, Cold weather package, Safety Group.

Did not come here to ask about lead times, but man waiting is clearly got me searching for info!

I was told when I ordered in October 20-24 weeks. Hence I the reason I bought in October so I would have it for spring. Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Sooo other than pestering asking our dealer for updates, is there anyway to get updates online for Canadian customers? Bonus for those of us who only have a VON & no VIN

Your dealer is the one with the most up to date info. And don’t let them yell you otherwise, I know this as fact. I worked closely with my dealer and salesman. They have full access to process tracking.

Your dealer is the one with the most up to date info. And don’t let them yell you otherwise, I know this as fact. I worked closely with my dealer and salesman. They have full access to process tracking.
Oh I'm fully aware of that, I'm just wondering where I can find info other than from my dealer so I'm not texting daily to ask if there's any updates....?

Oh I'm fully aware of that, I'm just wondering where I can find info other than from my dealer so I'm not texting daily to ask if there's any updates....?
You can try Jeep Chat. If you get lucky they may not catch that you are from Canada and pass on info. I’m not sure if the tracker app works for Canada yet. They introduced that app just after I received my Jeep.
My Salesman would send me an update every Monday or if he noticed a change, so I was OK with that…
Apparently there is protection of information rules in Canada that prevent them from giving us tracking info.
