You will need your Vehicle Order Number (VON) or your VIN if you use jeep chat. If you dont have these ask your salesperson to send over your updated priced order conformation (PoC), it should have your VIN as well as your order date (it will also tell you the current status). From what I understand the dealer has the most accurate info, so routinely check with your salesperson.
You can also use Cryptostickers, but you will need your VIN.
