Is your TPMS light off as well? PSI can be off a couple of PSI. If light is off as well then air one of them way down, drive and when you do that does that one come up on the dash at the new PSI and in the wrong location?
No lights on dash. Dash shows accurate pressure at each tire, just not in the right location. I have tried just airing down one tire at a time, running around and then airing back up to see if that helps vs airing down all at the same time. Makes no difference. Taking it back to the dealer next week for my second oil change and will see if they can diagnose it any better than last time. Challenge is that they will not tear the wheel apart and I am not sure I would want them to anyway. It is not that big of a deal as they do read pressure which is the main function I need.

On a side note, I may add a second set of valve end monitors sense the wheels have two valves each. This way I can monitor the tire pressure from my motorhome when I flat tow. That is once I get the motorhome... Everything is on backorder now.

Ah so your TPMS is not mounted to the valve stem in the traditional way? Let me guess you have Hutchinson wheels. If so to either of the first questions your sensor is probably oriented in the wrong direction/way. You have a sensor that is spinning the wrong direction thus thinking it is on the other side.
