Topless Rear Security Options

As we are into the new year, I am looking for any suggestions on back/cargo/trunk security options.

A quick google search shows everything I have seen since last year and the year before; DV8, Diabolical Inc, and Tuffy. I really like the look of DV8 and Diabolical. But just wanted to see if there is something new or something I am missing.

I bought a JL Backbone almost 5 years ago. Worked great except one area, I have a soft top and it won't allow the top to hang freely when dropped. This causes the corners of the top to rub which will shorten the tops life. So the Backbone is wrapped in blankets in the garage.

I personally use the Overland Vehicle Systems Cargo Boxes. The drawers work great. I have both options mounted in my 4xe, but I also used them on my JK. There are two types, and I have one of each.

I like the new ez4x4 extreme trunk. Covers the whole rear trunk area (unlike the old one that only does half). It also folds down completely flat when you need to use your jeep for something more bulky.

I have the EZ4X4 Exteme trunk on preorder. I already own their hardtop lift and Extreme tailgate table. All of their products are excellent quality, so I cannot wait for the new model of trunk to come out.

The Diabolical stuff is top tier and reflects that in its cost but well worth it from my hands on with it.

Tuffy Security Products is another option. Utilitarian and wastes some space with their design. Don’t buy it unless it’s on sale whuch is often. I have these 3 plus the center console lock box all keyed alike. Collect the whole set.

I like Tuffy, had it with both my JKU's and now my JLU. If you look in the forum or FB Marketplace you can find them used. Picked my current one up for $150 on FB

How easy, if possible, is it to remove the top on the cargo enclosure? Not often, but we've loaded a few things into my wife's Jeep that won't fit with that on.

Very easy, takes 30 seconds. Put the seats down and slide it off. Even if you need to remove the entire enclosure (top, side, back) it doesn't take more then 10 -15 minutes. The top just slides off. The sides are bolted in with 4 bolts (thumb screws) and the back is held to the sides with 4 thumbscrews

Please do a review when you get it. Oddly they don’t show it being used with the rear seats up, or especially setting it up with the seats up.
