Ordered my jeep ****two door****

I ordered it with the hard top. But now I am thinking about taking the hard top off for the summer and putting a soft top on.
do they make this:

TWO door soft top that has the back of the soft top angled. I do not like the square back of the jeep. What is an angled top called anyhow?

I need a top like this and it needs to be framed. Being framed is where you can make the top go up and down easily. The unframed ones are much harder to take off and on, right?

Here is what I THINK I need to order but am unsure. I want it like this BUT in a two door. Do they make this, and if so, where would I buy it from?

Bestop has them for the 2 door. Check out their website.

You know your 2 door isn't angled right? It's more square. Quadratec says they will have a picture soon for the 2 door but it is available. Tho, I'm not sure how angled it will be for you.

Not liking the boxy look but getting a 2 door is a pretty big oversight given all the research you've put into this.
It's not too late to change your order to a 4 door so you can open up your fastback options.

Good point. On my list of priorities the "fastback" top is not the highest of priorities. I just love how it looks on the four door jeep. I want it to look that good on the two door jeep, but I doubt it will. Oddly enough, I hated how the new soft top looked on the new jeeps, but it is starting to grow on me a little. I might end up getting one of those if I don't like how the new fastback tops look on the new jeep two doors.

I just don't want a four door. It's just too big for my liking. I wish the JL were the size of the TJ because then it would be perfect.

You could order the dual top group. With that you can get the premium soft top and if you don't like it sell it for more than the upcharge on the dual top group.
If fastback is what you're looking for, the 2 door aftermarket solutions aren't pulling it off very well, but that' just my opinion.

This is sketchy... ET says it is in stock.. but Bestop says it is a pre-order shipping around May. I've had my eye on these for a while and will be ordering from Bestop with the Litebright code in a week or so!

I have the Trektop for my 4-door. It's a very quality top. I'm sure the 2-door version will be just as nice. I think you'd really like it!

If ya don't mind me asking. Does the top remove easily? On the old JK 2 door we had we could pull the clips and undo the springs to just removed the whole top. I was just looking at the assembly instructions on the JL 4 door and it looks like the top section may not be easy to just remove on a hot day?

If you mean remove completely, no. There are 3 bows across the top that bolt with hardware. Then there is the Sunrider portion that bolts separately. And of course you've got all the door rails that bolt on as well. Installation took 4 hours, and I'm guessing that if you had to remove the top completely you'd spend about 30 minutes to unbolt it all and lay it in the garage floor.

Having said that, I think Bestop intended for this to be a top you can use 12 months out of the year. And there will be some folks who only switch to the hard top in winter, so in that case they'd only be removing all this hardware once per year.

Thanks for clarifying that. On my old 2 door JK I could take the tip off by releasing 2 clips and the springs. I was hoping this was similar
