To angle, or not to angle...

I ended up going with the Step Sliders and got one side installed today. Those body bolts are a pain the in $%@! Now to get the other side done and to order some skid plates.

Yeah the body bolts have always been an issue and a major reason I went White Knuckle. To me, the stock rock rail staying on makes it look like the design was an afterthought.
