My Jeep was built after 6/21 and I recently put takeoffs on from a Jeep that was built before then. The TPMS didn’t sync, which I didn’t expect it to, so I ordered these from extreme terrain

I called a couple shops to see when they could get them installed and one shop in particular said that he wouldn’t install any sensor on my Jeep that wasn’t Mopar because the light wouldn’t turn off and then he hung up on me.
Should I go ahead and return them and get Mopar sensors? Does he not know about the 6/21 change? Everything I’ve read about those seems pretty reliable
