Tire offset for new lift

I have a JLUS Willy’s 2021. The Rock Krawler lift I am looking to buy requires 4.5 inches of backspacing for 35sx12.5x17. The Method wheels I want to buy are 8.5 wide, 4.75 bs, and 0 offset. My understanding is these will rub a little. If I went with these wheels and a skinner 35x11.5x17 would it still rub?

Also, I’ve seen a lot of pictures of JLUS with the 35x11.5x17 on stock rubicon wheels. They look good. Was wondering if anyone could tell me if the method wheels above and the 35x11.5x17 would stick out the same or more compared to the JLUS with rubicon wheels with 35x11.5x17?

haven’t found other wheels I like that work and the kit seems solid and can get it for cost since my buddy has a shop. Was trying to think outside the box.

You’re only asking for headaches. If your buddy has a shop, he should know, and he should tell you the same thing. Buy the right stuff.

If you absolutely insist on that lift and those wheels, your best bet will probably be wheel spacers.

What other brands does he do? RK doesn’t bend their arms in. MC would work with them.
