The only other system I'm aware of that might be as quick as the Apex is the Teraflex wheels. I ordered a full set of seals for the Apex valves to rebuild them if something happens on the trail where it won't hold air.
Yep, wheeled with a guy a few weeks back that had the Teraflex wheels and they were quick. I think they are adjustable with a set psi aren’t they?

I have a set of Power Tank Monster Valves on my KMC wheels that also have a spot for the factory stems. (So you get two valves)

They are the fastest method I've seen. They sound like a freaking jet taking off, (everyone airing down with you gets to hear you) but they air you down unbelievably fast. (And up, when the time comes) I hook a pressure gauge up to the regular stem so I know when to stop.

They aren't cheap but they are very convenient.

My previous setup was Coyote, which as others have mentioned take time to setup correctly, but then are reasonably accurate.
