On a side note I think the forum is having a meltdown because I got a notification you quoted me but your post is actually quoting @Rotsam. And if I hover over @Rotsam's username in the post my profile comes up.

Either that or @Rotsam and I switched bodies somehow and maybe he's actually the one who came back from Texas all those months ago. šŸ˜‚
LOL…senior moment…I put your user name reflexively after seeing the blue Jeep on @rotsom profile pic then realized I messed up and edited my post. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

I use Staun, had them since 2018. They work great, are adjustable and came preset at 18lbs.Got them on Amazon.

Been using Stauns for a decade. I set them to 20 psi by trial and error then set the lock rings with loctite. There are probably better options but I already have these and I’m used to them. Are they always 100% accurate? No, but close enough for me since they are my default dirt road setting. If I need to go lower I pull out my old ARB deflator.

I finally gave up on deflators and installed the Apex Rapid deflator valves. Air down from 30 to 10 in about 10-12 seconds.

I have been trying to get a set of 4 tire deflaters that work. The ones I have only lasted a few times and won’t stay adjusted anymore. I even took them apart and tried to clean them. I would like some recommendations on ones that work and not a waste of money. I checked Amazon and it wasn’t any help. What is working for you?

If I try anything else besides pulling the core, I think this might be a direction I try. Do you know if they will work with stock wheels?

I just run my cheapies wide open and watch the pressure gage on the dash. Sometimes I’m running pretty fast to get to a tire but it’s pretty quick and pretty accurate. Just gotta stay engaged in the process.

I know our jeeps have that tire deal on the radio apps, does anyone know how it works? I’ve tried to use it but the button is greyed out on my screen like it’s there but not available?

You can see the tire pressure by using the buttons on the left side of the steering wheel. I find it very slow to respond to the pressure change.

They will work with stock wheel. Just make sure you get the shorter version. The longer version is for a deep stem bore. They also accept your OEM pressure sensors.
