Tire carrier delete?

I know, I know before any one starts, it's a cruiser. So with that being said, on my wife's JLUR we are running 22x12's, and from everything I can see, it will be very hard to get a full size spare, 35" at that to fit. I'm not ready to go in on a rear bumper/carrier yet, haven't seen anything that I absolutely love and have to have.
The stock spare looks silly. Does anyone know of the carrier flush delete like many are running on JKs that has an answer for the back up camera?

I just put mine on today…But I am not happy with it. It’s from ACE Engineering and fabrication end it was the only one I could find. It was a pain in the ass to install and figure out with no instructions and it has gaps and doesn’t cover all the holes in the tailgate.

Maybe I thought it would look more flush or final but maybe also it’ll grow on me…

What do you guys think? Look okay?

Nice Jeep, I really dig that blue!
I like that piece, but why would they not make it an inch wider on each side to cover the holes and wire grommet?
The fact that it doesn't does not really make a diff tho, it's a good looking piece. Thanks, I'll keep that in mind!

I feed the wires through vents and also cut a section of the ‘white flap’ where the wires fed through to allow them to lay back down and flat. I plugged the holes with plugs from Amazon, see the post immediately after the one linked.
