Well, I've had my Warn EVO 10s winch on for a couple of months and everything is fine. I just got back from an offroad trip over the weekend and I noticed that the power cable attached to the control module is loose. I checked the instructions and in order to take the top cap off, you need to take the control module off, which exposes the screws. To take the control module off, you probably need to take the winch out.
To save a lot of time, headaches, and frustration, does anybody have any ideas how I can tighten this bolt without having to do all this? I have it mounted to the mopar steel bumpers with the warn winch plate. There's very little room to work between the control module and grill. I was thinking that if I maybe removed the grill, I could get a socket back there to tighten the bolt without having to remove the entire thing.
Thanks in advanced for any help!
