You mean the tie down rings on both sides of the cargo area?

I think you're talking about the optional trail rail system. It's not standard on any of the models. You can add it after though, it's a MOPAR accessory.

As stated, the trail rail system is an add on, but you should have tie down rings in the floor standard. You can also add some along the upper rail of body. I added some small ones that go under the hardtop bolts.

Hmmm. If you don’t get a good answer on here, I’d stop by a dealer and do some peeking in the back of lot jeeps, or If you have a copy of your build sheet, see if they are listed.
