No problems here, but I've only done it twice.
Same here. I had the windshield down twice with the hooks and haven't had a problem. It's very easy to setup and is fun for the novelty factor. When putting it back, it's easy too and the rubber gaskets seat just fine.

it's not just the windshield tie downs, try looking for a basic cargo mat for the rear (buyer beware...cloth vs leather seats...gap hider not included with cloth seats, etc.)., or their new trail rail management system currently shipping with new jeeps (supposedly) but unavailable on the Mopar site. To me, it seems like they rushed the JL jeep to market before they could back up the most basic "hey look at what this new JL has over the JK" parts. I do not mean to offend anyone, but in my prior Navy days, we would call this a quintuplet abortion, in need of an exorcism.
WeatherTech makes a great cargo mat, I got one for my JLUR and its perfect.
