Yes they are 17x7.5 with a +44 backspace. These rims fit very close to the inside of the hub closer to the knuckle joint. I purchased rims that were +1 backspace with vector 18x9 wheels. I was just thinking ahead just in case I do go to a larger tire. As it stands now I am very satisfied with my choices, gas mileage has only dropped a tad more than 1 mpg with 275/65/18s on. Check with the tire mfg. online there they should have all the specs for the tires of your choice rim width etc.Yea i put 33's (32.7) on my stock jeep, no offsets, no lifts, nothing and it was completely ok. I just lifted the jeep 2.5'' to give it more room to flex, but the 33's on JLU sport S is basically like a stock Rubi. Do you know the width of the Wheels that come wtih stock Sport? are they 17x7.5? Im wondering how 35's would fit on the stock rims, and if id need wheel spacers b/c the 33's cut it close width wise.
So I'd prob need a spacer then. I know i can get 35's on a 17x7.5 wheel, but with the width of a 35'' wheel i was assuming id need spacers. Thanks! My buddies Jeep from above, running 3.5 metal cloak, 35’s on stock sport wheels with a 1.75” spacer
Yah you’d need spacers if you want to keep your steering range. Seen a few just adjust out the stops but I’d rather run a space than stop the steering rangeSo I'd prob need a spacer then. Got any pics of the 33's on the 2" mopar lift? I'm considering a similar setup at some point down the road.
Can you post a pic?Enjoying my JLUS but sticking with 33s and 9" rims and no lift. Looks great to me this way and best for around city driving which I do most of. My gas mileage has suffered a tad but still decent for an off road vehicle. Enjoy yours the way you want and keep on Jeepin!
Looks awesome.Here you go:
18" fuel vector wheels with 275/65/18 Terra Grappler tires, no lift and keeping it that way. lolLooks awesome.
18" wheels? What tire size? Lift or no?
So, to clarify, you are running that size tie with no lift or spacers. Nothing. Correct? And, there's no rubbing?285/70/17 DC Fun Country
