Hey that looks like paint protection, not rust protection. There's a separate thread for paint protection here:I’m giving www.cilajet.com a try guaranteed for ten years so they say

Yeah, but I think they mean rust developing from the outer surface because of scratched paint because the paint was "unprotected". I think that falls into a separate category of paint sealant rather than a true comprehensive rust proofing product, which is mainly concerned with the underbody and inner panels. In the link when you click it scroll down and on the car it says rust but not to sure it’s my first time using it
Okay, I've added Z-Tech to the poll.I went with Ztech undercoating over here at Madison, WI. It costed me $420. It came out pretty good. http://www.capautopro.com/Undercoating---Rustproofing.html
I have my JK done by "Rust Cop", its a Carwell franchise. UPS and Bluebird Bus have their vehicles done, other fleet owners do too.
It's done annually, and is warranteed against rust out , Google it. The "new" corrosive anti-icing stuff put on our roads makes this type of treatment a must to protect your investment.
I also flush out the frame and underbody with " Salt-Away", a product that chemically neutralizes the salt compounds. I do this in the Spring, then have my JK treated with Rust Cop in the Spring , as per their recommendation.
I've also added Rust Cop and Waxoyl to the poll, which were mentioned by members on other threads. That is interesting - definitely going to look into those products you mentioned. Maybe a similar product was Waxoyl? It used to be quite popular in the old Land Rover community. People would spray the inside and other areas of the steel frame rails. A poor mans solution was a more frequent spraying of diesel fuel on the undercarriage. Not sure how well that worked. You could end up with a bloody mess with sticky oil product and debris sticking to that, but would be better than rust all over.
My Wisconsin dealer used a product called MIDWEST PROTECTION.If you know of any other products and services that I haven't listed in the poll yet, please post them below in the thread in bold, and I will add them to the poll. (I do hope I will be able to edit the poll.) If you voted other, come back later to change your vote once I've added your product/service.
And any reasons for your choice are welcome in the thread. Have at it.
Okay I've added Wurth Rust Protection Products to the poll. Thanks for the tip.My 2 cents. Here in Poland we have a lot of salt used in wintertime. I have checked many products including rust check and krown, but simply for me they don’t work so well. The only thing that seems working is Wurth wax applied on clean dry surface at the end of each summer. Also cleaning even during low temperatures. Foto of (theoretically) very prone to rust part of my wife’s yota after 3 salty winters.
