Teraflex Lift Problems

Hello, I'm new to the group. Have a 2022 JLUR. I've just installed the Tereflex 4 1/2" lift with coilovers. The coilover adjustments involve snap rings. You compress the spring with their special tool and move the snap ring up or down to change height. This doesn't seem to be working too well. On the front of the Jeep, the driver side height is set as low as it will go, but I can't get the passenger side up a high as the driver side, even though I have the snap ring almost at the bottom groove. At his point, the passenger spring is 2 1/2" shorter than the driver spring. It only seems to want to compress the spring more rather than raise the vehicle. I had the same problem on the passenger back and Tereflex replaced the coilover. Now they're sending me a new unit for the passenger front. I'm skeptical that's going to help, because I'm not sure what's going on. Talking to Tereflex, they tell me they haven't seen this before. Not real helpful. Any insight here? This happens independent of how much stuff I have in the Jeep, how much gas I have, etc. thanks

It sounds almost like a spring rate mismatch. Like the spring rate is just wrong and the Jeep's heavy enough to just squish the spring.

What I'm assuming is that it's gonna be that the perch that the coilover springs sit on are held in place with snap rings and you move these up and down the body to put more or less preload on the springs to increase/decrease ride height.

I watched a fast forward of the install and the way the mounts are designed leave virtually no room for error. So that does just leave spring rate and adjustment. I’d be curious what happens if the individual coils are swapped side to side. Does it sit the same or does the problem follow the spring? It’s all above my pay grade.

If the coilovers didnt come built he could have all the heavy springs on the left and all the light springs on the right.

Or mislabeled from the manufacturer is not impossible,

Or just plain the wrong springs. Or the Jeep's too fat for the provided springs.

Like Terrymo, I would swap springs side to side.
Does the problem follow the spring or stay with the rig?

Dumb thought here, is there something holding the jeep down on the lower side? Cable, brake line, sway bar link???

I've checked all that, but also have considered swapping springs around to see if that makes a difference.
