Hello all please see below, looking for some help

Been using this in my 21 since a few months after buying it new. No issues marrying, changing settings, unmarrying for service appointments etc.

Had to bring the jeep in for service, so I unmarried the unit, did the full reboot and sleep cycles, put it back to stock, had service done at dealership, got it back, remarried the tazer mini, full reboot, two sleep cycles , now got no acc or even normal cruise. Within 30-45 seconds of starts service errors flash with warning lights. You can turn on CC before it errors out and it seems to turn on as normal, then quits

tried the whole unmarry again update firmware, everything suggested here still have the no cruise lights/error.
Reached out to zautomotives tech support got a basic email saying to unmarry, reboot, to sleep cycles. Already told them had no effect on errors.

has anyone see this, never use acc and fcw has always been turned off. Wish i could just permantly turn those two functions off, even tried doing so with alfaobd but seem like normal CC is tied into the whole system.

Hate to ask, but have you tried reseating all of the plugs in the green CANBUS connector mounted behind the glove box? Sounds unrelated but familiar to me. This BUS terminal can start glitching around 30k miles or so, and can create lots of errors that result in error messages or warning icons on the EVIC. Many have wasted lots of time and money at dealer service chasing false messages. A new green CANBUS hub costs about $90 from the dealer, or less than $10 from China on eBay. Your mileage may vary…

I have never been behind the dash or mess with any of those plugs for the green canbus, but I can definitely take a look, crazy that everything was working just fine before remarrying the tazer.

Would you happen to have the part number for the canbus hub for the oem version?
